Austin Ayers was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police for impersonating first responders, and felony theft stemming back from a June 2020 incident in which he decked out his vehicle to look like an ems company response vehicle. Ayers is already facing fraud, tampering with public documents and perjury for illegally obtaining and emergency plate for his vehicle in 2020.

These new charges come months after multiple scams conducted online by Ayers in which he claimed to be a decorated first reponder, an EMT, and a cop.
Youtube also shut down his channel for fraudulent and scamming activity.
