Austin Ayers waived his preliminary hearing yesterday on charges of Theft by unlawful taking, 2 counts of impersonating a public servant, making a false application for a title/registration, tampering with public records, making statements under penalty of perjury, and more.
He now awaits trial in the Armstrong county criminal courts system.
