This is another older incident in which Austin Ayers used a fake news website to harass and defame a woman after an online disagreement.
The Incident occurred back in 2020 in which after getting into an online argument with a female Duquesne University police officer, Ayers photoshopped fake Facebook comments and wrote several articles about the woman to harass her, and attempt to get her fired. He would share his own article to several of his paid for following Facebook pages as a legitimate article. The internet however, knew this was a fake story and were happy to call it out as false.
Of course Ayers fraudulently identified himself as a reporter for the Tribune Review, and once called out online for the fake news articles, and Photoshopped fake Facebook comments, he changed his tune and deemed his article as “Satire.” It was retracted shortly after he changed the article to reflect satire.
The claims made by Ayers against the officer never gained any traction, as she is a big supporter of the BLM movement, and Duquesne University Police knew the articles and fake comments were false.
This is just another example of Austin Ayers attacking and harassing women on the internet.
