Awaiting sentence after pleading guilty to Impersonating a public servant and other charges, Austin Ayers rebrands himself as Jayson Nipper on Facebook, and Viral Crest, LLC on line. Of course no such limited liability company exists according to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s LLC database.
Austin Ayers has pled guilty on some charges in his criminal case, in exchange for a plea deal, and some other charges reduced or dropped.
Awaiting his fate after pleading guilty on charges of Impersonating public servants, Tampering with public records, theft, and making statements under penalties of perjury, Austin Ayers has reemerged on social media under a new name, same shenanigans, and his trying his way off representing himself as a first responder, libertarian, and doing what he does best: hopping on the latest trends online, and public discussion pieces on twitter and passing himself off as someone that knows what they’re talking about for internet clout, and attention. We of course have all seen this before when he faked a social media conversation with Gabby Petito, and portrayed himself off as one of her best friends.
Back at it and looking for attention following his “break from social media”. Austin came back online with a fake UFO sighting that is clearly a C-17 Airplane flying low over Kittaning, Pa. In a Facebook post in the Armstrong County Crime Blotter, Ayers claims to have captured a UFO, and then directs people to his Code Blue Gunner YouTube page.
